We're finalists! We've made the shortlist for North East HR&D Awards in the category of Excellence in Apprenticeships. Our team has worked hard to develop a great apprenticeship program over the past three years.
Jonathan Harrison, Site Engineering Manager, heads up our apprentice team: "At OE, we're targeting an ambitious growth plan globally, and investing in skilled talent is essential to sustaining that growth. Our apprenticeship program with TDR Training ensures we’re developing capable engineers to support our business for years to come. We're proud of the contributions our apprentices are making to our business, and we're thrilled to have our success in this area recognized."
