Description

The PRO-LP Low Pressure Disc is designed for demanding low-pressure applications such as protecting lithium battery enclosures or any application requiring extremely low pressure protection.
The disc's design allows it to be installed directly on the enclosure without the need of a traditional holder*.
The PRO-LP can also be used in a PRDI holder mounted between ANSI flanges, or in a customer’s integrated holder.
*Mounting hardware not included with the disc

  • Size Range: 1"- 4" DN25-DN100
  • Minimum burst pressure: 4 psig / 0.28 barg
  • Operating Ratio: 90%
  • Withstands full vacuum
  • Mounting hardware not included.

Available with our Dual-Gard technology. This innovative technology allows you to combine gradual pressure equalization with emergency pressure relief in a single, space-saving device.

Specifications outside of those listed are possible as custom designs. Our team of custom battery safety design engineers can advise you on the best design options for efficient pressure relief for your particular battery cell, pack or enclosure.
