Sanitary Burst Detection

OsecoElfab offers innovative non-invasive, magnetic burst detection in addition to the traditional membrane-style detector. The non-invasive burst sensors offer several advantages over the membrane sensors:

• They are non-invasive, which reduces the number of potential leak paths
• They are re-usable
• No re-wiring is required after disc activation – the sensor simply remains in place

Sanitary Vent-Tel
Non-invasive, magnetic burst detection compatible with OsecoElfab-s Opti-Gard style sanitary discs with gaskets. The sensor is mounted directly to the Tri-Clamp or whichever sanitary fitting you are using.

Flo-Tel
A practical, reusable and non-invasive solution suitable for API plants and bioprocesses. Flo-Tel detects when a rupture disc has functioned and sends a signal to the control room for instant burst notification.

OSS
A membrane sensor designed for use with the PRO-S sanitary rupture disc.

Bio-Tel
A membrane sensor offered as an alternative to the non-invasive sanitary Vent-Tel.
