Vent-Tel (Explosion Panels)

Vent-Tel is a non-invasive and fail-safe burst detection system. Operating via a simple N/O reed switch and magnet technology, the sensor can trigger a safe and rapid shutdown of the process should an overpressure event occur.

When fitted to explosion vent panels, Vent-Tel provides an instantaneous signal of panel actuation within any application.

Being non-invasive, Vent-Tel is not susceptible to process change or false signals and does note affect the panel’s performance. Vent-Tel can also be retrofitted to our range of explosion vent panels. Vent-Tel is intrinsically safe when installed according to the specifications. It is ATEX approved to category II 1 GD EEx ia IIC and carries the EC-Type Examination Certificate ITS19ATEX204880X.

Vent-Tel can be supplied integral to the explosion vent or retrofitted to an existing installation.
